Really Late PP sorry and Help

The next Pokemon Prisoners is way over do and I'm sorry for that. I want to get it out ASAP. Believe me when I say I want it out as much as you guys. I'm putting all my projects on hold until the next page is out. I plan to actually work hard on it tonight. However there is a minor problem. Well I need a minister for the wedding and I can't think of any Pokemon characters that suite the role. Do you guys have any ideas of who the minister should be? I would really appreciate your input. Once again sorry for the push back. I'm working on it expect to see a percentage increase on my Deviant page very soon. Right now it is at 2%. Thanks for your patience.

Maybe the leader of team galactic Cyrus or team rocket leader Giovanni they might be cool with that kinda of thing or hell maybe the leaders from magma or aqua. Just thinking of some evil people who would look the part and would be evil to wead a gagged girl.
